A skilled artist has recently shared a fewPokemoninspired by Stitch from the famousLilo and Stitchmovie, and the designs look adorable.Pokemonfans are often devising unique fan art, be it afusion of different Pokemon, Paradox forms, or regional variants, and this is a nice example of how good these creations can look.

Lilo and Stitchwas a classic moviethat marked the childhood of many people. Released over 20 years ago, the movie had a very likable cast and told a heartfelt story about family and belonging that resonated with many people. Considering how unique Stitch’s visual design was, it’s not surprising to see people still remembering it fondly, and combining it withPokemon, which is another huge franchise.

Now, a talented artist andPokemonfan known as Troytheartboy shared eight of their freshly made “Lilo and Stitchexperiments,” which are Pokemon that were redesigned to emulate the style of the main character in the famous movie. The creator made versions for Sneasel (both with original and Hisui variant forms), Weavile, Heracross, Hypno, Mawile, Wigglytuff, and Poliwrath. While all of these Pokemon still retain their original shape and colors, they have Stitch’s adorable yet funny face and became a little bit rounder, which makes them even cuter than usual.

While all Pokemon created by the artist looked very good, ranging between cute and amusing, some people on the Reddit post highlighted how the Stitch-like Heracross and Hypno were the best of the collection. Stitch-Heracross looks like a mixture of a frog and a weird bug, while Troytheartboy’s take onthe Psychic-type Hypnois adorable and resembles a plush instead of a live creature. Another highlight of the collection is Poliwrath, which originally did not have a mouth in its official design, so it looks uncanny in its Stitch-inspired version.

This is not the first time that Troytheartboy hascreated Stitch-inspired Pokemon, though, as the artist is known for doing so quite frequently in the last few years. For instance, last month thePokemonfan unveiled other seven unique designs, recreating Espeon, Blastoise, Glaceon, Rattata, Scizor, Larvitar, and Reuniclus. From these designs, Blastoise was fairly memorable, as both art styles were combined to create something unique that seemed huge, funny, and cartoonish at the same time. Hopefully, fans will be inspired by these creations and keep making all kinds ofPokemon, andLilo and Stitchfan art in the future.
