Both shows are one of the very few comic book properties with a protagonist of Asian descent as the lead (though technically mark is half-alien because his father is a Viltrumite). Both protagonists have fathers who possess immense amounts of power that lead them to be one of the most feared people on the planet. Both protagonists lean on their mother’s teachings/energy to balance out the “evil” in their father. With that being said, the meme fitsMarvel Studios’Shang-Chiperfectly.
