People love role-playing games because of the customization options. When it comes to video games based on table-top RPGs, it’s not just the main character that gets their own gear and goodies, but companions as well. Players tend to focus on armor and weapons first, but it’s important to remember that accessories like trinkets and jewelry are just as valuable in battle.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteoushas plenty of shiny baubles that players can use to give their character and their companions some extra abilities. When it’s time to take down a demon army, a hero needs all the help they can get. Some of these wearable shiny bits are both common and handy, and the player will be able to find or purchase them throughout the game. Others are rare, only drop from strong enemies, or have to be crafted by certain NPCs. Players that have some money to spend can check out the Jewelry Trader in Drezen for a nice selection, but remember, that there’s a Crusade to be funded.
Updated June 24, 2025 by Kristy Ambrose:Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteoushas evolved recently, including the new console versions for PS4 and Xbox along with some big updates. That includes tweaks to existing gear, quests, crusader campaigns, and even some new quest additions along with some bug fixes and even news about an upcoming DLC. Most of the new entries are unique and more powerful accessories that drop from bosses or only become available later in the game. Be sure to snag these valuable treasures whenever the opportunity arises.

14Amulet Of Natural Armor
This is one of the first amulets the player will come across in the game, and when they do, it provides a paltry+1 buffto the character’s armor class. However, that’s still a nice boost when just starting out.
As the player progresses, other versions of this amulet pop up with increased stats, with improvements as high as+6 to AC.It’s easy to find, dropping from enemies and looted from a variety of places, and vendors usually carry it in their inventory.

13Menace Of Death
The Midnight Faneis a location the party visits in Act III. The demon boss at the end, Darrazand, drops this useful and deadly amulet. It grants the wearer a+3 to AC, to begin with, but the real perk with this amulet is the extra effect.

Every time someone dies within ten feet of a character wearing his amulet, their movement speed increases as if they were under the effects of a Haste spell. Give this amulet to a character that’s a DPS class and in melee range, so they can take advantage of the effect as often as possible.
12Amulet Of Agile Fists
Characters that have proficiency with Finesse Weapons and a high Dexterity ability score will benefit from this particular amulet. The Amulet of Agile Fistsis more useful early in the gamewhen characters are more likely to be carrying normal weapons without magical properties or enhancements.
This amulet allows the wearer touse their Dexterity modifier in place of their Strength when engaging in unarmed attacks or when using a natural weapon. It scales up to +4, and apparently, it’s one of the game’s most expensive amulets with a price tag of 25000 gold.

11Nahydrian League Collar
A tour of Alushinyrra’s Lower City would have to include the Battlebliss Arena, a great place to find lost brothers or entertain a hot date. The questline that includes the protagonist becoming a gladiator also includes acquiring theNahydrian League Collar, but it’s not exactly a benefit when they first get it.

The collar makes the character who first puts it on a slave, and part of an NPC’s nefarious plan to take control of the arena. Should the protagonist successfully defeat them, the collar will become a beneficial accessory that gives+4 to natural armorand the same bonus toReflex and Fortitude saving throws. There’s a drawback, however, as this amulet also gives the wearer a debuff of-4 to Will saving throws.
10Deathly Arousal
The meaning of this amulet’s name can have a few different interpretations, but it literally describes this amulet’s handy powers. Give this to a character that needs protection from killing blows, so it can counter them back onto the attacker, knocking them prone for the next two rounds, andrestoring 50 hit points to the wearer.
It’s easy to guess that this item can be purchased from Hexxar, the madam in Ten Thousands Delights in Alushinyrra. However, the party has to complete a few queststo depose the previous madam first, so it’s not as easy to find as it sounds.

9Amulet Of The Black Mirror
This amulet helps with a certain type of spell called a Hex, which is normally associated with the Witch class. Unless the protagonist is the same class, this is a handy trinket forEmber, a companion that joins the party in the first chapter.

When the wearer of the Amulet of the Black Mirrorcasts a Hex, their armor class increases by one. This item can be looted from the Crusader’s Camp and can be sold for 2500 gold, in case the party needs the funds.
8Amulet Of Apothecary
Although the name suggests some kind of crafting buff, when it comes to potions, this amulet has a different function. On top of a+1 enhancement bonus, the amulet also gives a+4 bonus on saving throws against Poison and Acid attacks.
In a world where many of the antagonists are bugs, which use these types of elemental attacks frequently, the Amulet of Apothecaryis one of the best pieces to acquire. Find it amongst the rubble in Leper’s Smile.

7Angel’s Heart
Angel’s Heart doesn’t give any buffs or bonuses to the wearer, but it’s still on top of the list when it comes to the game’s most useful and expensive items. It sells for 25000 gold, but it’s probably better to keep it.

This amulet grants the wearer an extra ability toactivate an aura with a 30-foot radius.Any allies within this areanot only get a +1 bonus to their AC but also ignore the damage reduction factor when attacking demons. In a world where the vast majority of enemies are demons, it’s no wonder this amulet is worth so much.
6Vellexia’s Magnifying Amulet
Some characters won’t bother with this amulet, as it’s intended for those that use natural armor, and that often means leather. However, no matter what class the main character is, they can still benefit from the generous ability score bonuses this amulet grants the wearer.
Vellexia’s Magnifying Amulet grants a+5 natural armor enhancement bonusjust to start, and an additional+2 bonus to the wearer’s highest ability score. It can be purchased from vendors in Drezen.

5Amulet Of Imposing Physique
This amulet doesn’t make the wearer seem bigger, but it will improve their physical abilities. It gives the wearer a+5 competence bonus on Athletics and Intimidate skill checks, so it works all the time, not just during battle.
