Call of Duty: Modern Warfarehas been out for nearly a month now, giving fans plenty of time to really sink their teeth into its versus multiplayer component. Since launch, one of the most controversial aspects of theCall of Duty: Modern Warfaremultiplayer experience has been the use of Skill Based Matchmaking (SBMM), which some fans feel ruins the multiplayer for a variety of reasons. Others like SBMM, as it helps to ensure that they are consistently in competitive matches. However, oneCall of Duty: Modern Warfarefan has come up with a compromise that should please those on both sides of the issue.

TheCall of Duty: Modern WarfareSBMMcompromise suggested by Reddit user HighRoLa_ is a simple one, but it makes a lot of sense. They recommend thatCall of Duty: Modern Warfarechanges its playlists to include a regular Quick Play that doesn’t include SBMM, along with a Ranked version of Quick Play that does include SBMM. HighRoLa_’s post aboutCall of Duty: Modern WarfareSBMM has nearly 26,000 upvotes at the time of this writing, so it’s clear that the community agrees with their suggestion.
