Since the beginning of February,Destiny 2players have been hard at work donating Polarized Fractaline in an effort to rebuild the Empyrean Foundation. Last week, the community reached thefinal stage of the Empyrean Foundation event, which requires the donation of an astounding 9,777,777,700 Polarized Fractaline, and one particularly dedicated fan is doing their best to push this phase to its conclusion as quickly as possible.

Early this morning,Destiny 2player 3jlowes took to Twitter with something special to share, revealing that they have now donated an unbelievable 1,000,000 Polarized Fractaline to the Empyrean Foundation event. Certainly, it seems safe to say that this is not a milestone that many other Guardians will reach before the final stage is completed, and the community has turned up to show their gratitude to 3jlowes for all of the work that he has put in.

Indeed, simply obtaining this amount of Polarized Fractaline is an impressive achievement alone, and it is something that 3jlowes was able to do by hittingmaximum individual Resonance Powerjust under two weeks ago. However, the amount of time that it would take to donate 1,000,000 Polarized Fractaline is also worth noting, as it makes player’s accomplishment all the more incredible.

For the uninitiated,Polarized Fractalineis donated in quantities of 100, and it takes approximately four seconds to complete a single donation. This means that donating one million Fractaline takes around 11 hours in total, and 3jlowes indicates that this was done manually without the assistance of macros. While opinions may vary on the quality of the Empyrean Foundation event itself, this level of commitment is commendable, and it brings the community ever closer to its collective goal.

That said, even with 3jlowes' efforts the Empyrean Foundation still requires an incredible amount of work from players across the globe. When everything is said and done, fans will have donated nearly 23.5 billion Polarized Fractaline, an amount astronomically larger than anything a single Guardian could donate on their own. However, 3jlowes has certainly played a critical role in moving things forward, and hopefully theEmpyrean Foundation rewardwill justify everything that community has put towards the event.
