A Reddit user by the name of carriesonfishord shared theirDestiny 2Titan look, inspired by Bob from the children’s cartoonBob the Builder. Making an immortal character such as aDestiny 2Guardian, who fights hordes of malicious alien creatures to defend humanity, into the protagonist of a cartoon might seem like a joke, but carriesonfishord’s Titan sports massive arms and Bob the Builder’s classic outfit. While the arms might make the cosplay a bit unrealistic when compared to the original Bob, they bear a lot of significance to the story ofDestinyas a franchise.
In fact, Titans were the first among Guardians to build the Last City and its walls to protect what remained of humanity after the cataclysmic event known as the Collapse. While this look is not necessarily paying homage to that fact, Bob the Builder as aDestiny 2Titanwould have been likely very involved in the creation of the Last City as players know it today. The universal ornaments from the Ringwalker set used to make this look are particularly well-used, considering they are the iconic helm and jacket worn by Bob in the series.
Having players share their unique sets in the game is an ongoing trend across various platforms, and aDestiny 2player created a Nathan Drake look fromUncharted, sharing it on Reddit. The resemblance is uncanny, and it makes clever use of a combination of two items that end up making a scarf, which is commonly used byUncharted’s protagonist in the games.
