Disney Speedstormhas a significant roster of fan favorites that include their own unique car designs, costuming, and skills that pay homage to the productions that made them household names. Included with each character is a unique skill that reflects their personality and role in their films and enables them an advantage over their competitors. Of the 18 characters currently involved in the game, there are some stand-outs among the unique skills on offer.
10Bare Necessities - Baloo
Two words that will immediately haveany Disney fan breaking out into song, the beloved sloth bear fromThe Jungle Bookdelivers a different, more painful rendition of Bare Necessities. Baloo’s unique skill offers both protection for the player and some defensive weapons to create more distance between the bear and his adversaries.
Once triggered, Bare Necessities will render Baloo invulnerable for a period of time, allowing him to drop some rotten fruit behind him, stunning any who run into it. Baloo’s unique skill is handy for those whomake use of the bear’s speed advantageand have some competition hot on his tail.

9Fearsome Roar - Sulley
James P. Sullivan was unsurprisingly the top scarer of Monsters Incorporated, given his terrifying size and frightening roar. One of the dynamic duo that brought theMonsters Incfilm to life and into the hearts of an adoring fanbase, Sulley’s unique skill reminds everyone on the track that, while he might be a nice guy,he can also be a scary one.
Sulley’s unique skill Fearsome Roar, as the name would suggest, triggers a huge roar from the big guy, which has an effect on any fellow racers in his immediate vicinity. For those close enough to hear Sulley’s terrifying bellow, they will be temporarily stunned, allowing him to get ahead of his competition.

8Cutlass Flurry - Jack Sparrow
The clumsy and charming main character of thePirates Of The Caribbeanfranchise might not be the most sure-footed member of theDisney Speedstormroster, but he is certainly one of the most dangerous with a blade in his hand. Using his unique skill, known as Cutlass Flurry, Jack Sparrow is able to showcase his skills with a sword to ward off his competition.

The unique skill Cutlass Flurry surrounds Sparrow with some ghostly blades that stun any racers that come into contact with his car. This skill is particularly useful when the field is congested and will replenish Sparrow’s nitro boost stores, so he can make a clever getaway just as he does in the films that made him famous.
7Firework Barrage - Mulan
If it can take out the leader of the Huns, then it should be too much to handle on the racetrack as well. Mulan’s unique skill, Firework Barrage, takes the famous scene from her self-titled film that saw the demise of Shan Yu and applies the same principle to rid her of any threats to crossing the finish line first.
Players using Firework Barrage will shoot multiple explosive projectiles ahead of Mulan’s car, which will explode in a brilliant flurry of lights and leave the victims on the receiving end in a stunned state. This skill is particularly useful for getting Mulan in an advantageous position in the field by attacking multiple adversaries that stand in her way.

6Why I Oughta… - Donald Duck
Disney’s favorite short-tempered duck simply cannot finish a race without losing his cool, which is where his unique skill comes into play. With Donald Duck’s skill, Why I Oughta, Donald’s short fuse is primed to explode with devastating effect.
Donald’s unique skill has a two-pronged approach that first emphasizes defending the duck, but if that fails, racers are subjected to his trademark temper. Why I Oughta envelops Donald in a green shield to protect him from any hits reaching his car. However, if this shield is breached, Donald will become angry, providing him with a speed boost and the ability to stun any racer he touches in his fury.

5Grecian Burn - Meg
While she may not serve the Greek god of the underworld anymore, Megara still has a few tricks up her sleeve. Proving thatshe is more than just the love interestin the Disney classicHercules, Meg’s unique skill Grecian Burn has the potential to leave the competition in her dust.

Once triggered, the Grecian Burn skill gifts Meg with a speed boost to get her ahead of her adversaries. While this is a fairly basic advantage, what sets it apart is that the speed boost will be lengthened each time the player overtakes another racer. In situations where there is little space between the racers, this skill has the potential to get Meg to the front of the pack in the blink of an eye.
4One Of The Pack - Mowgli
The beloved young boy fromTheJungle Bookfilm might be one of the smaller characters on theDisney Speedstormroster, but his unique skill ensures he is never alone. With the use of his skill One Of The Pack, Mowgli is able to employhis adopted family to help himget ahead of his competition.
Using his skill, Mowgli is able to summon multiple wolves to run alongside his car, which will stun any racer unfortunate enough to get in their way. As an added bonus, the “man-cub” also recharges his nitro boost supplies whilst running with the rest of the pack.

3Enchanted Rose - Beast
While it may sound like the perfect gift for a loved one on Valentine’s Day, Beast’s unique skill Enchanted Rose is anything but romantic. One of the title characters in Disney’sBeauty and the Beastinflicts his wrath on the racetrack to instill terror into any racer unlucky enough to be in his way.

The Enchanted Rose skill enables Beast to unleash a great roar, which will stun any fellow competitors in front of him. What’s more, if this skill is used on 3 occasions in a race, then Beast will enter Rage mode, whereby every skill box in the race will grant him this skill again. The potential for reusability makes this a very useful skill to have as part of the player’s arsenal.
2Hold The Door - Mike
A quintessential part ofthe narrative of Disney favoriteMonsters Inc., the doors of the famous story make an appearance inDisney Speedstormto the benefit of Mike Wazowski and the detriment of everyone else.
Players using Wazowski on the racetrack can use Hold The Door to summon multiple doors in front of their character, which teleport Mike further forward in the race to give him a more favorable position in the field. This won’t work for any other racers, however, as any other characters that pass through any of the three doors summoned with this unique skill will be teleported backward and be forced to make up lost ground.

1Scream Collector - Randall
Whilehis tactics proved to be questionableduring his time as a top scarer for Monsters Incorporated, there is no denying that Randall is among the elite at collecting the screams so desperately needed to power Monstropolis. InDisney Speedstorm, Randall is once again at his frightening best as he uses the screams of others to get ahead.
Using his Scream Collector unique skill, Randall renders himself invisible to get close to other drivers and collect their screams. Once he collects screams from 5 of his fellow drivers, Randall uses this energy to propel himself forward with a significant speed boost, leaving behind a hazy trail that will render his opponents compromised for a short period.
