InDungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance,Drizzt is an effective duelist capable of dancing around multiple foes. However, he is not without his weaknesses, chiefly tankier enemies. To alleviate many of these issues, Drizzt players should carefully select their feats. While each provides great benefits to Drizzt, there are those that stand well above the rest.

10Dual Wielder

Dual Wielder grants Drizzt a slightboost to his physical attacks, making them slightly more effective. Even though a 5% Physical Damage increase seems negligible, it makes a significant difference in combat.

Drizzt is not a heavy hitter likehis friend Wulfgar; instead, he is a quick attacker that deals little damage but strikes fast. Therefore, granting him a 5% Physical Damage Bonus allows him to hit a little harder yet greatly increase his DPS.

Opportunist gives Drizzt anotherPhysical Damage Bonus. This Level 5 Feat adds on to the Level 1 Feat Dual Wielder if it is acquired as well. With both Feats, Drizzt will have a10% boostto all Physical attacks.

This is an incredible buff to Drizzt’s fast striking fighting style. It elevates him to a far more formidable attacker capable, of dispatching lesser enemies with a single hit. Moreover, it allows Drizzt to handle tankier foes with greater ease, standing up to his weaknesses.

8Resilient

Resilient offers Drizzt considerableElemental Resistance, aiding him against manyof Icewind Dale’senemies and surrounding dangers. Elemental Damage is common among the Dark Alliance’s forces and Icewind Dale’s environmental hazards, making this a handy feat to have.

This Feat covers a wide range of damage includingAcid, Cold, Fire, Lightning, and Necrotic. While Drizzt is by no means a tank, having these Resistances will allow him to endure fatal Elemental blows.

Drizzt focuseson avoiding attacksand taking advantage of an enemy’s vulnerable state immediately after. Therefore, having this 10% Physical Damage Bonus makes counterattacking swarms of enemies or a formidable foe much more manageable.

6Improved Critical Hit

Improved Critical Hit increases Drizzt’sCritical Hit Damageimmensely. This Level 5 Feat compensates for his low damage output with powerful Critical Hit attacks.

Additionally, many of Drizzt’s Abilities, Feats, and attacks work well with this Feat either by weakening foes or increasing the Critical Hit Chance. The Ability Blink, for instance, grants him Precision Strikes, which are more likely to inflict Critical Hits, making this Feat far more deadly.

5Riposte

Riposte allows Drizzt todrain Staminafrom foes he attacks, providing him with an effective way to preserve Stamina. Since Drizzt’s attack is lackluster, he must depend greatly on Combos to deal continuous DPS and inflict harmful debuffs. However, combos are very taxing and eat away at Stamina quickly. With Riposte, Drizzt can execute combos without a heavy cost, allowing him to engage in battle for longer periods.

4Precision Attack

Precision Attack increases Drizzt’sCritical Hit chance. This Level 10 Feat works very well to compensate for his near negligible damage output. Drizzt depends greatly on Critical Hits in conjunction with debuffs to dispatch enemies. By increasing its likelihood, he can deal Critical Hits more often. Moreover, if Drizzt also has the FeatImproved Critical Hitor usesBlink, his DPS can reach phenomenal levels.

3Second Wind

Second Winddecreases the Stamina Costof every one of Drizzt’s actions, ensuring that he will have more than enough Stamina to spare. Drizzt relies heavily on Stamina in combat to Evade, Dash, and perform Combos. Each of these actions proves exceedingly taxing and without consideration, completely depletes Stamina. This Feat, alongsideRiposte, allows Drizzt to preserve Stamina for large amounts of time, prolonging his time in battle.

2Uncanny Dodge

Uncanny Dodge temporarily grants Drizzt anArmor Bonus after an Evade, providing him extra assurance against exceedingly challenging enemies. UnlikeBruenor or Wulfgar, Drizzt cannot afford to take a hit, especially from formidable foes. However, getting hit is an inevitability that he should prepare for. With this feat, even if Drizzt’s evade is unsuccessful, he will not be punished so severely.

1Defensive Duelist

Defensive Duelist turns Drizzt’s most favorable stat, Dexterity, into armor. This Level 10 Feat rewards him for his incredibly dextrous fighting style.

Typically, Dexterity is among Drizzt’s highest attributes, since it grants an increased Critical Hit Chance and damage. This Feat makes use of that high stat to compensate for Drizzt’s greatest weakness, his inability to take a hit. Even so, it should only act as a buffer for failed dodgesor other mistakesrather than a shield.
