Players wanting to make the most out of it should aim for affixes such as stamina regeneration on light attacks, and aim for brawler gear to maximize their one-handed effectiveness. To obtain it, head to Horseshoe Watertower and make their way up the inside.

A Flashy Easter Egg
Players wanting to play as V fromCyberpunk 2077should pick up these knuckledusters byheading into the open worldand finding the VNC tower roof in Garrison after completing the ‘Broadcast’ Main Quest. From there, they can then get to the roof of the building to the south, where the Liquidator will leave the blueprint for this unique slashing weapon in a box.
In addition to a very fast attack speed, these also deal hidden electrical damage. Although these do not deal the most damage in the game, for the cool factor alone, these weapons are definitely worth picking up.
4Lazarus
Commander Lucas' Pride And Joy
These massive knuckledusters are a big part of the early story ofDying Light 2.They belonged to Commanded Lucas, and are missing from his body. They can be obtained by progressing the main story until Aitor’s life is at risk. By collecting the herbs the doctor needs, the player saves Aitor’s life and can find and speak to him later in the Fish Eye Canteen to be rewarded with these rare knuckledusters.
Although this slashing weapon cannot be repairedor upgraded, it will always scale to the player’s level and has high base durability. This makes it a reliable and strong slashing weapon for a lot of the game.
3Pyramid Blade
Feel Like An Unstoppable Machine
This massive blade is a clear reference toSilent Hill,and is definitely worth grabbing. Although hard to obtain, this huge slab of metal is extremely satisfying to use, as it deals massive amounts of damage and can carry the player through certain encounters. To get their hands on it, players will have toexplore the world and pray for some good luck, as it does not have a guaranteed drop location. They can also check with vendors such as the one in the Fish Eye Canteen, and just wait until the next day and check again if it isn’t there.
Waiting for vendors might not be the most exciting thing players can do inDying Light 2,but it will soon be worth it, as it makes taking on humans and infected alike a lot more enjoyable. Unfortunately, late-game players may not find this weapon as valuable. It can only spawn up to level 6, making it worse than some other options which can progress until level 9. Until they get to those later stages of the game, however, this weapon will hit like a truck.
2Barbarian Sword
Going Old-School
This huge greatsword may look a bitout of place in a zombie apocalypse, but it is one of the best slashing weapons players can find. To get it, players will want to head to the radio room in the Church of St. Paul the Apostle. This blueprint can be upgraded up to Artifact rarity, at which point it can deal over 400 damage.
With Empowerment and the player’s choice of elemental mods, this weapon can deal great damage to multiple enemies at a time with its wide swings.
1Enso Katana
An Elegant Blade In An Inelegant Time
For players who want to bring a katana into their fight against the infected, the Enso Katana is the best they can get. This long sword can deal amazingly high damage and has a decent swing speed. With the right mods, it can be one of the best weapons in the game,cutting through enemy limbs with ease.
Unfortunately, it is not easy to find as it is a random drop. Players will want to check the Fish Eye Canteen vendor and the air drops under Newfound Lost Lands for the best chance of grabbing one of these.
