Reddit user Dirtyfactz shared an image on the r/Eldenring subreddit of a player character they recently designed that ended up looking surprisingly similar to the famousMission Impossibleactor Tom Cruise.
Seeing how they unintentionally managed to nail the celebrity’s likeness so well inElden Ring’s character creator, Dirtyfactz jokingly stated that they guess they’re going to do “a Tom Cruise playthrough now.” Many Redditors found the character design hilarious, with commenters like utilitarity and 20000BCEfan cracking jokes and renaming the FromSoftware title as “Elden Ring Maverick” and “Mission Impossible: Elden Protocol”, respectively.

As funny as this character design might be, this is certainly not the only time fans have made silly player characters and recreations of famous actors in this game.
