Dragon Age: Inquistionallows players who choose the Mage class to dive into various skill trees of interesting magic that they will consistently use throughout the various lands they explore in this semi-open world experience. While the basic spells can be used by any mage, once the player has reached Skyhold, they will also have the chance to choose from one of the three specializations to expand their magic further.
With the choice being between Necromancy, Rift Magic, and becoming a Knight-Enchanter, players are free to build their mage in an assortment of ways that can lead to some powerful combinations of spells, as well as using different play styles to make the most of what they have available.
Dragon’s Dogma 2has an assortment of vocations for players to experience, with many using a variety of weaponry. Besides the usual melee vocations, players can turn themselves or their pawn into one of the various spellcaster classes.

With an assortment of sorcerers and incantations for players to pick up and experiment with inElden Ring,each type of magic can make for an interesting build while also looking incredibly visually pleasing.
Magic can be used both on regular enemies and bosses, with some even having weaknesses depending on the type of magic used. With so many options for spells, it’s no surprise to see players taking on runs ofElden Ringwhere they only use magic, which has the chance to quickly kill their foes.
