The brief video thoroughly reveals the fresh Kiriko Mythic skin which will expand upon the launch hero’s limited variety of looks in comparison to the originalOverwatchheroes. TheOverwatch 2Season 3clip then goes on to highlight cosmetics for Ashe, D.Va, Genji, Junkrat, Junker Queen, Mei, Moira, Reaper, and Zenyatta, while distinguishing what will be in the battle pass and which are shop offerings.
According to the official roadmap,Overwatch 2Season 3 will have a Valentine’s Day event revolving around Cupid Hanzo, and a Pachi Mari-themed event that includes a new game mode. TheOverwatch World Cup returnslater this month, while a dating simulator dubbed “LoverWatch” has been confirmed for February 13, and a collaboration with the animeOne Punch Manbegins on March 7. Beyond the aforementioned Season 3 offerings, fresh Twitch drops have been confirmed, a Honey Bee Mercy was revealed for theOverwatch 2starter pack, and the ultimate battle pass bundle features Beekeeper Sigma alongside the tier skips andOverwatchCoins.
Unlike the previousOverwatch 2Antarctic Peninsulateasers from Activision Blizzard, the Season 3 trailer shows how it may look during combat with an Orisa pushing a Bastion and Tracer before being taken out by an enemy Wrecking Ball. The Ultimate Valentine event runs from February 14 until February 28, theOne Punch Mancollaboration takes place from March 7 to April 6, and the PachiMarchi festivities have been confirmed for March 21 through April 4.
