In the post, they say that they work in a kindergarten, and when looking in the garbage can, they found the slightly damaged card based on thethirdPokemon Scarlet and VioletGym leader. Along with the card of the Gym leader, who is also an influencer and streamer, they found the card Nemona’s Backpack, and the EX card Toedscruel, with the illustration of the Groud/Grass-type featured in Gen 9.
Why the Iono Card is a Big Deal for Pokemon Fans
Iono is a support card released last year along with the Paldea Evolved expansion, the secondPokemon TCGexpansion based onPokemon Scarlet and Violet. The Iono card has six variants with different illustrations, including the special rare one made by artist kirisAki that came out first with the release of the expansion in Japan. As a result, Iono has become one of themost expensivePokemoncards of 2023, being found on eBay for prices ranging from $220 to $2,499, in this case being a mint condition copy of a Japanese edition of the card.
