Niantic’s latest announcement ofPokemon GOFest 2023 has generated worldwide excitement. Focused on real-world locations, Niantic will host the event in three cities across three countries; Osaka — Japan; New York City — USA; and London — England. Considered the biggestPokemon GOevent, the GO Fest also has a Global event set for everyone.
The previousGOFest 2022 was hosted in Seattle, Berlin, and Sapporo. It featured the debut of the Mythical Pokemon Shaymin and the first appearance of an Ultra-Beast. Players were given an opportunity to catch the Ultra-Beast Nihilego for the first time, along with a dozen new shiny Pokemon. The same, if not even more, can be expected from this year’s GO Fest. Millions of players worldwide are expected to join in, witnessing exclusive gameplay opportunities, mythical surprises, and even region-exclusive debuts.

Pokemon GO Fest 2023: Locations, Dates, and Ticket Prices
SincethePokemon GOFest 2023is happening in different locations, it would take a lot of work for Niantic to pull off the same dates in all three places. But despite the challenges, London and Osaka will host the event on the same dates, and only New York City has different dates. Here are the official schedules and ticket prices for the 2023 GO Fest.

ThesePokemon GOevents are divided into two different parts: The Park Experience and The City Experience. Attendees can spend half their day in the specified location and the other half exploring the city. Trainers can save about $5 from the regular ticket price if they book before Jul 26, 2025, as part of the early bird discount.
As players journey with thousands ofotherPokemon GOTrainers, they can enjoy exclusive gameplay and receive special bonuses throughout the event’s run-time.

Pokemon GO Fest 2023: Global Event Dates and Ticket Prices
The 2023 GO Fest Global Event is scheduled for August 26 and 27. To participate,remotePokemon GOplayersmust buy a ticket. One can purchase the tickets from the in-game item shop for $14.99 / £13.99 or the equivalent in their local currency (any applicable taxes and fees will also be added). Players should note that purchasing these event tickets requires real money, not PokeCoins; they are non-refundable.
The global variant is a virtual, ticketed event that anyone can attend remotely from anywhere. Although it is a ticketed event, some features will also be available for players without a ticket. Trainers can partake in global and in-person events simultaneously; Niantic has allowed trainers to purchase both tickets.
Trainers who buy a Global ticket and play between June 21 and July 5 willreceive special Timed Research, provided they purchase the ticket by July 5. Those who purchase tickets by August 1 and play between July 15 and August 1 will receive a different special Timed Research.
