In a new post on the r/skyrim subreddit, Redditor Top-Hat1 shared an amusing video of their character inThe Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrimquickly becoming overwhelmed after ingesting all of the game’s alchemic ingredients at once. The video begins with Top-Hat1 showing their inventory loaded with all ofSkyrim’s alchemy ingredients before clicking the button to eat the whole collection in one go, leading to hilarious results. Nearly as soon as they eat the smorgasbord of magical ingredients, the screen flashes white and Top-Hat1 falls back rigid against the wall behind them before collapsing onto the floor in a heap.
Redditors responding to the clip were entertained by the near-fatal results of Top-Hat1’s unusual culinary experiment, with one player joking that it “Looks like a good Saturday night.” Another user joked that he and his late wife called that particular strategy “Toddler Tasting Time” after imagining the Dragonborn eating everything in reach as a small child would. Some responses shared their own experiences of overindulging onall ofSkyrim’s alchemy ingredients, with one user stating that their character died from eating their entire inventory in an effort to lighten their load when encumbered.
Luckily for Top-Hat1, their character only suffered a quick trip to the floor and a few stumbly minutes after their attempt to blend gastronomy and alchemy. to avoid future cases of magical food poisoning, they might be better off sticking toSkyrim’s undead pizzeria modthe next time they’re feeling peckish.
