Fans ofThe Incredible Hulkmovie can now watch the green giant’s introduction on a new streaming service. The movie will now be moving onto HBO Max’s platform, which is commonly home to DC projects.
The Incredible Hulkstars Edward Norton as the titular hero, before he was replaced by Mark Ruffalo in theAvengersfilm and everything that followed it. Ruffalo became an instant fan favorite following his debut inthe firstAvengersfilm, but Hulk hasn’t been taken seriously since his last solo outing. The character, however, has always been a main character in everyAvengersmovie following his debut.

The Incredible Hulkwill head to HBO Max on April 1st, 2022, making it one of the few MCU films that won’t be available on Disney Plus. As fans may know, Marvel Studios producedThe Incredible Hulkand Universal distributed it, with the latter retaining first refusal to distribute a soloHulkfilm, but Marvel Studios can still use the character for team-up projects. Rumors are saying that the upcomingShe-Hulktelevision show will be aligning itself closer toTheIncredible Hulkmovie, which isn’t commonly referenced in many of the MCU movies or television shows. Hopefully fans of Hulk will get the acknowledgement that they’re looking for when they watch the new show. Abomination returned inShang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, but now it looks likehe will also be returning forShe-Hulk.
In the meantime, everyone should go ahead and check outThe Incredible Hulkwhile they can. It would be nice to see another Hulk movie come out one day, and it would also be nice to see Hulk get back to his “savage” roots. It seems like Marvel Studios is now adapting the storyline from the comics where Bruce Banner has figured outhow to stay conscious while in Hulk form, so it may be far-fetched to see Hulk say “Hulk Smash” again.
For those who already seen the movie, this is a good chance to relive what was once a great experience for many fans. Hulk is a fan favorite character, and it’s always great to see characters evolve or grow, but not seeing him be the rage-filled Hulk many are used to is disappointing for a lot of viewers. It seemed like Thanos beat Hulk so bad that it turned him smart, which is quite ironic.
Not seeing Hulk fight Thanos for the rematch is very disappointing because that would have been incredible to see on the big screen. Hulk, Vision and Drax are three very powerful characters from the comic books that received “nerf” treatment in the recentAvengersmovies when it comes to Thanos. It would be nice to see these characters emulate the strength and intimidation that was present in previous films and even the comic books,
