For the most part, this stat priority is pretty clear-cut. Mastery and Versatility are pretty close. Mastery itself is beneficial in multi-target scenarios.

Keep in mind that stats eventually have diminishing returns, so it is not required to have absolutely every slot stack the same 2 stats. Tier shoulders have Crit, your worst stat. Make sure you sim to get your best loadout.

Compared to other casters, there are fewer cloak options available since Crit isn’t great for Fire Mage.
