The report states that the agreement was signed with Xbox just a few days ago, on May 3. This is a huge deal for fans of Soulslike games who have been waiting for a sale tojump intoLords of the Fallen. Additionally, this is a great move by CI Games to get more eyes on its lesser-knownSniperfranchise.
2 New Games Coming To Xbox Game Pass
While both games are nowconfirmed to arrive on Xbox Game Passat some point in 2024, CI Games' document made no mention of a targeted timeframe for release. Furthermore, Xbox Game Pass' Twitter account has yet to formally acknowledge the arrival of the games as well. With that, it’ll likely be a few weeks at least until the games actually land on the service. CI Games was hit with unfortunate layoffs earlier this year, so it makes sense for it to make a play with Game Pass for two of its most recent games, putting them in front of as many gamers as possible at no additional cost.
WithLords of the Fallen’s final updateout the door, CI Games has likely moved on to its next project. Whether it’s a sequel toLords of the Fallen,a thirdSniper: Ghost Warrior Contractsgame, or something else entirely is unknown. In the meantime, Game Pass users can look forward to enjoying two CI Games titles sometime in the near future.
